Alick s Garlic ButtonsCuisine: Mushrooms Category: Mushrooms Servings: 1 Ingredients:1/4 c Olive Oil150 g Button Mushrooms 1 cl Garlic, crushed 1 sm Bunch Parsley, finely -chopped Chives, Basil or other Green -Herbs as available, chopped Salt & Black Pepper Instructions:Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot, but not smoking. Add the mushrooms & toss over a high heat until they start to colour, then add the garlic, herbs & a good grinding of salt & pepper. If all the oil has been absorbed, add a dash more to give the mushrooms a shine. Serve immediately on hot buttered toast or as a side dish. Serves 1.
