Ingredients:

1-1/2 lb Ground beef (750g)
1 md Chopped onion
4 sl Bacon diced
1 Chopped green pepper
3 Potatoes peeled and diced
2 ts Mustard
3 Beef bouillon cubes
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Boiling water
6 tb Vinegar


Instructions:

Brown meat, onion, bacon and green pepper; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer unitl potatoes are tender over low heat, about 45 mins. Taste of Home Ground Beef Collection 1996 Edition
