Adobong Manok - Chicken Adobo

Ingredients:

3 lb Chicken, in serving pieces
-(1 1/4 kg)
1-1/2 c Soy sauce
3/4 c White vinegar
2 Heads Garlic, crushed
2 Bay leaves
1/2 tb Peppercorns
Salt, to taste


Instructions:

Bring all ingredients to a boil; lower heat and simmer 1 hr. Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and broil them until golden. Reduce the sauce in the pot by half and correct seasoning.
