Annette s Stroganoff Her Way!Cuisine: Beef Category: Beef Servings: 4 Ingredients:1-1/2 lb Good quality steak1 lb Egg noodles 16 oz Container reduced cream 1 tb COURSE ground pepper, -oregano 2 tb Onion powder, garlic -powder 6 Cloves, minced garlic 1 tb Vegetable oil 2 c Finely chopped onions 1 c Chopped mushrooms Instructions:Cut steak into thin strips approx 1 inch long. Brown in oil. Add spices, minced garlic, onions and mushrooms. Continue cooking as you prepare noodles according to directions. About five min before noodles are done, add reduced cream to steak and stir in. Simmer, covered on low while you finish noodles and drain them. Pour noodles into large casserole dish. Add steak and mix well. Cover and allow to sit five minutes while you set table. Garnish with a small amount of parmesian cheese and salt to taste individually.
