Ingredients:

1 c Packed brown sugar
1/4 c Fresh garlic; pulverized
1/4 c Fresh ginger; pulverized
2 c Shoyu (soy sauce)
4 lb Chicken thighs; trimmed


Instructions:

Recipe by: The County Fair Cookbook - ISBN 0-7868-6014-6 1. Combine the sugar, garlic, ginger and shoyu in a large bowl. Marinate the thighs for 1 to 2 hrs. Pat dry. 2. Cook over white- hot coals for about 30 mins or until tender, turning often. Or alternatively, bake in 350F (180C) oven for 1 1/4 hours, turning once.
